On February 25, 2014, Beacon Economics partnered with the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles at Loyola Marymount University to launch Forecast LA, an annual economic and civic outlook that combines a forecast with a public opinion survey. The inaugural event attracted nearly 350 of the region's leading business and public sector leaders. This represents the sixth year in a row that Beacon Economics has co-hosted a forecast conference in Los Angeles.
