Dr. Kodaverdian’s academic interests include examining the behavioral and neural underpinnings of rational decision making. During the course of her Ph.D, she developed several lab-in-field experiments to better understand the development of economic decision making across the lifespan. Dr. Kodaverdian’s research and writing have contributed to several successful grant awards for the University of Southern California’s behavioral economics lab. Additionally, Dr. Kodaverdian has worked as an economic consultant in litigation for over a decade. As an expert economist, she has analyzed clients’ tax, expenditure, and other financial data in order to quantify their past, present, and future economic losses following incidents including misleading advertising, medical negligence, auto accidents, and workplace personal injury. She has maintained a 100% track record of successful case settlement.

Dr. Kodaverdian holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California, an M.A. in Economics also from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Economics, with departmental and college honors, from UCLA.
