Sera Tansever Business Development Manager
Sera Tansever is Business Development Manager at Beacon Economics, LLC. Ms. Tansever is responsible for managing the firm’s sales cycle and proposal process, which includes playing a key role in creating and facilitating business development strategies for a variety of client segments and product offerings.
Prior to joining Beacon Economics, Ms. Tansever cultivated her sales and analytics skills at Endeavor’s analytics division in Beverly Hills. In that role, she collaborated closely with leading companies in the technology, sports, and entertainment sectors, harnessing data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and help her client companies make informed decisions. Her dedication and contributions have also been recognized through her involvement with prestigious institutions such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Human Rights Watch.
Her multidisciplinary background, coupled with her sales acumen and global perspective, has helped to position her as a dynamic leader able to make meaningful contributions in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
With a passion for exploring diverse cultures and perspectives, Ms. Tansever has traveled to over 35 countries, enriching her understanding of global markets and fostering valuable connections worldwide. Having lived and worked in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Paris, Melbourne, and Istanbul, her varied background brings a unique global perspective to her work. Continuously seeking new challenges and opportunities, Ms. Tansever is known for her proactive approach to personal and professional development, as evidenced by her diverse educational background and extensive international travels.
Ms. Tansever holds a B.A. in International relations from Brown University. In 2021, she successfully completed the M.B.A. Essentials Program at the London School of Economics.
